My Story

Gloria McGill is intentional in living her best life as she stands in her own truth. This Sassy Senior Queen is the CEO/Founder of Mc’Nificent Lyfe L.L.C. One of her passions is conducting vision board workshops and providing personal development coaching to women 55+ in following their dreams.  She supports them as they reflect on their values, goals, and life purpose.

For many years, friends and family began to seek her advice in helping them to gain clarity using vision boards as they pursued their goals. She watched as they have flourished and thrived in their life journeys. This Sassy Senior Queen delights in motivating women to dream big creating their roadmap to having a magnificent life. 

 

She is a retired law enforcement officer with over 26 years of public service from Washington, D.C. For over fifteen years, she has motivated middle and high school girls in building their self-esteem, core values and believing in themselves. In 2000, she was awarded the Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Award for Distinguished District of Columbia Employees. She has received several awards throughout her career from her agency and the citizens of the District of Columbia.

 

This Sassy Senior Queen takes great pride in her green thumb often teaching first time gardeners the basics. She will always play in the dirt, travel the world and enjoy all that life has to offer. This QUEEN believes everyone should live their best life and always stand in their truth.
